1. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We will make every effort to display accurate and up-to-date information about our product inventory. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

2. Order Acceptance: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at any time, for any reason.

3. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to display accurate and up-to-date pricing information. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors or changes.

4. Payment: We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, check, and bank wire or ACH payments. Your payment will be processed at the time your order is placed, even if the product is back-ordered. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

5. Shipping: We offer free shipping on all wood chipper orders. For orders of replacement parts, shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the product(s). We will make every effort to ship your order promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

6. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. 7. Warranty: All of our wood chippers come with a manufacturer's limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty information included with your product for details. We are not responsible for any defects or damages caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.

8. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

9. Governing Law: These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms of Sale shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
